REFUNDS

Exploring new frontiers is thrilling, but we understand that sometimes, even the most intrepid explorer needs to make a return. Here’s how we can help:

  • 30-Day Refund Window: We offer refunds within 30 days from the receipt of your order. If you decide your item is not as thrilling as a Mars rover expedition, please contact us before the item ships to request a refund. Once an item is in transit, it is on a mission, and we cannot intercept it.
  • No Returns Necessary: Since we do not accept returns, there's no need to send items back to us and no Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required.
  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, simply send an email to hi@Mallofmars.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the refund request. We will process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refund Receipt: Once processed, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your card, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We aim to keep our inventory as exciting and diverse as the Martian landscape. However, please note:

  • Final Sale: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded. These are like rare Martian artifacts - once they're gone, they're gone for good.
  • Shipping Charges: Like the cost of launching a rocket, shipping charges are non-refundable. We invest in getting your items to you as swiftly and safely as a spacecraft landing on the red planet.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Should you encounter a rogue asteroid in the form of a faulty or incorrect item, don’t panic. Here’s what to do:

  1. Contact Us: Immediately send a distress signal to hi@mallofmars.com with your name, order number, product name/code, and a photo of the fault or incorrect item.
  2. Replacement Mission: If the issue is indeed a fault on our part, we’ll launch a replacement mission faster than a Mars Orbiter, at no additional cost to you.

LOST IN SPACE (LOST ORDERS)

  • Missing Cargo: In the rare event your package goes missing in the vast expanse of space (or the postal system), please contact us at hi@Mallofmars.com. We'll investigate with the delivery services and, if necessary, send a replacement at warp speed.
